At Goring again, It was blowing 12 – 15 mph SW and a bit over-cast. I was on the Slingshot Alien Air and 10m Rally this time.

Tide on way out and I’d been delayed getting to Goring due to previous commitments. The sea state was much smoother – the flattest I had experienced on a foil board, and I was holding it together for 400 yard runs. My friend Julian Barr was out on his Moses Silente doing really well. Living in Worthing he had progressed very fast. It was great fun foiling together.
